wicked a arms no good for mud water etc?

so before i slap these wicked a arms on i want to make sure they wont get wrecked with the riding i do.  dirt sand mud water whatever.  will this kill the upper heims on them?   am i better off going with something like the lonestar sport +2 +1s?  the wickeds are still new in the box.

I used to motocross my shee with the hiems joints a arms, now I ride trails and dunes, my a arms are 15yrs old and the hiems are still in great shape.

 

after a ride wash your bike let it dry then spray the hiems with spray silicone. don't spray them before a ride though, that will trap dirt in.

I have had wickeds on my bike for years. Lots of mud/water/ sand . Lots of woods here in ky. They have held up fantastic and all still tight

I have not washed my bike after every ride.. Just run them so i can say "i told ya so"
