tdod101 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 Alright so my sure has been all tweaked and fixed properly, carbs are good and all electric problems have been fixed, BUT at certain RPM's it seems to be suckin in air somewhere around the crank and it revs out of control. Could this be as simple as a gasket or a crank seal ? Or the crank it's self Quote
WINDYCITYJOHN400 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 Oddly enough it can even be bad cases. I had a motor once that had so much slop in the bearing support sections of the case, that the crank would wobble causing a High RPM air leak. Could be a lot of things, bent crank could be one... And how much do you figure a new crank would cost ? Quote
