Pc +2 arm bushing removal question

How/ do I need to remove these from arm to powdercoat. Seem very hard and tight and do not want to damage.

As said above, but replace them, they're cheap enough.

I should have clarified, the bushing or rod pushed out but the black ring that looks like a cap is hard plastic and they go into the arm. Do they split in the middle because both sides look the same
