Degreaser, let soak. Then pressure wash and some good old elbow grease will take care of business.

After they're clean, wipe down with WD40 too.

Keep em clean an polished. That'll help with the dirt sticking. If its fresh it'll come off pretty easily. I'd use some soft scotchbrite.

I always used steel wool ( that has the soap in it) on chrome that started to rust etc.. Once clean just use soap and water and try top put thbike up clean and u will never need the steel wool.. Wd40 is a great idear..

I to was wondering this question, I am buying new pipes and want to keep em clean. I wash my quad after ever ride. should I still polish every ride? I plan to wipe down with WD40 tho.

Thanks, Brad.
