Really hard to tell from the photos you have linked.  The intake is the least area of attention when most builders port.  Most of the power is made from the transfers. and the durations. As mentioned before, you can get an idea from measuring the floors and cieclings of the ports but a degree wheel works best to ge the durations. 

 

Most builders can finesse cylinders if there is material left.

Can someone post a link for a degree wheel and how to properly measure floors and cieclings? I now how to search but with there being so much junk on the internet and not knowing what's the proper way I don't want to search and find improper methods.

It's not horrible but not great either,they need a finishing touch and shaping on the exhaust,I have seen so called performance shops putting out crap that looks similar .the real test is how they run I have seen shit that looked like a beaver on crack did it run hard as shit and I have seen clean work run like crap
