banshee won't idle and back fires on low end

Ok so I just rebuilt top end good compression. Good squish. Good Leak down test. Rebuild built carbs and sync. Them the only thing I didnt do is get new reeds. Any suggestions. Please help

Hi, let me work through a few things.

 

Flywheel pickup gap set to .20?

What size pilots? 27.5 for a piped banshee or 25 stock.

Air screw set to give of take 1.5 turns. If you have stock pilots turn it to .5-.75 and see if that helps

Needle position in the middle?

 

Hope the information helps. If the pilot circuit is lean it won't start and will backfire but could be electrical.
