Its normal to leak some coolant at first the coolant expands when it gets hot and pushes out the cap then when it cools off it sucks air in the rad the next time it pushes air out or compresses the air. The point is it will stop leaking unless you overheat it or top off the rad again.

The radiator was completely full so i was thinking it was just splashing out from movement but it did it for about 30min of riding. I dont see how the oring could be bad already its a brand new top end from a shop with maybe a few hours on it but guess shit happens...

It just pushed a little out. It will suck air back in when it cools down. If you would have kept the over flow it would have sucked coolant back in. I run the overflow because it keeps the radiator topped off.
