PISTONS MARKED WITH A G

Just took the head off my 06 le for the first time to re ring it and the pistons have no numbers on them just the directional arrow and a G. Are these oem stock size pistons?? Im the second owner so im not sure if they are stock bore or not...

I dont get how it could need rings and not a bore/pistons? Its probably a nice bike and doesnt deserve your hackery

HEY MECHANIC IF YOU DONT KNOW DONT COMMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE A COOL HEAD AND IM CHANGING THE DOMES FOR MORE COMPRESSION AND I FIGURED ID CHANGE OUT THE RINGS SINCE IM ALREADY IN THERE....AND UR RIGHT ITS A VERY NICE BIKE

dont let these guys get you down, the only time to change rings is when you bore. Your totally right. I think your an awesome mechanic. I don't care what anyone else says about you. You seem like you have all you ducks in a row.

If bore and pistons are good why waste a bore? Just make sure ya hone whenbya put new rings in

Yea I have a honing tool...thanks that what I said why bore out if there's nothing wrong just hone and re ring for a fresh tight top end
