Like hazzard said, it's a drag style hood. I guess you could cut out the area for the radiator. The mounting holes are there, just not drilled all the way through. this is a drag hood for a relocated rad. you could do the cut work and make it for a stock bike though and i also think this is brand new Yes, it is brand new. I got my hood from Jared a couple years ago. He can and will work with you on design and colors. Have him get you a hood already cut and paint it up the way you want it.
