I bought them from a guy on Planet Sand that ordered them and never started the build. I'm now building a 18mil, so I don't need these. They are not ported, plated or anything, completely new. These are very expensive cylinders, I'm basically giving them away at this price. Call CP and ask how much they are. I would just have a builder port and plate them because most modify the cylinder before plating, then again after.
