The guy who had it bought it new in 07 and never felt the need to title it, he never did any of the paperwork on it and never paid any taxes on it so in order to get a title at this point it will cost like 2k Quote

It doesn't matter to me, but that's the fishiest story I have heard today. Sounds to me more like he financed it, never paid it off, and the finance company went out of business. None of my business.
