i was wondering if anyone could measure their skid plate and give me the demensions so i can make my own. thanks.

never crossed your mind to just stand the bike up, and measure the frame?

i would if i was at home. its really slow tonight and i talked to the boss about using the plasma cam to cut some number plates out for a friend, and have some aluminum left and want to make one tonight.

i figured someone would be nice enough to just throw out the demensions. but oh well. ill see if i can make time tomorrow night to cut it out.

Use 1/4" Puck board man, don't mess with aluminum, it will bend, trust me been there done that.

Slides over shit way better and wont break or bend very easy at all, unless you heat it to form it how you want it. + It's cheep.

PUCK BOARD!!!!!!!!! :headbang:

my banshee wont be seeing really rough trails. i ride it around the house and farm on nice groomed up trails. i just built a 421 4mil serval motor and just want the added protection.

a buddy of mine just picked up a really nice banshee about a month ago and it had a belly skid on it, which is what gave me the idea to make one.

i looked around a bit and was gonna buy one but id rather make my own, make it different. dont want my bike to be just like everyone elses
