Clutch Acuator Rod Bearing Removal

What do you guys use to remove the clutch actuator bearing? Id like to not have to take it to the shop to have them do it if its something simple. I also have 2 bearing in my blaster that are in the same situation....no where to hit it from the other side to knock them out, need some sort of puller.

The bearing will be placed in the freezer for a while before installation...

carefully use a flat head screwdriver......and just work it.

I use an expanding collet and a slide hammer, but they are expensive to buy. As a professional mechanic I have an extensive collection of tools at my disposal. Maybe you can find someone to pull it for you.
