gwinnraptor Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 should be a 5 digit code on the bottom of your ignition, give that to a local Yamaha dealer and they should be able to cut you a key for under 10 bones. Quote
guns4children Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 I'm in the hotel so I can't look but I swear I saw more then 2 wires running to the key switch. Ill have a look tomorrow afternoon and see if I can figure out what to do. Quote
joey83 Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 I just did this. There are 2 wires to the plug going to key switch. after the plug theres 4 wires. I didnt want to cut on my harness so I cut the 4 wires on switch and put 2 blk wires with stripes together and put the other two wires together. Quote
