mpd579 Posted August 17, 2012 Report Posted August 17, 2012 Squish was .042 and compression was 175 on both sides Timing was still on +6 and the flywheel is good I'll going to pull the domes and go back to the old ones and 93 octane and see if shee goes back to normal Cutting the octane down to 100 didn't help either still about the same Last plug chop off the 152 main was a little lean but when I went up the the 155 is slowed down even more. I may just have to head toward a dyno & get someone to line this thing out Quote

Kevin will get you right. Once you get the new ones in there prepare to hang on. High compression motors are so much more fun. I have gone back and forth between the two setups more times then I care to count and I always wind up wanting the race gas motor! What was the issue with the other domes if you don't mind me asking?
