Once and a while it will spark but not very often. I have checked the pick up gap and wiring connections. I am thinking its the coil but I have been wrong before. Any help would be appreciated. Also looking for a coil and possibly a stator, but I'll make a wanted add for that.

My key switch when bad.

Have you considered stripping down the harness to the minimum?

Clean your ground too.

Use a ohm meter and search for the specs on the stator and test it too.

Yeah it's already trimmed down to nothing. No extra wires hanging and lights go on when it starts. I think I'm going to make a new wiring harness off this diagram (already did last year but I'll make another one and try it)

Hopefully it works.

Yeah checked the flywheel key too, that was my first guess. And I don't have the kill switch, just a tether. Already tried bypassing it. It's kinda weird I get a little spark with the tether taken out but none with it in.

Got it going. Put a new end on the orange wire for the coil and grounded a wire that had been ripped off and shee fired right up
