I have a hr204 crank with ck 158 rods and wanting to run blaster pistons! What do I have to do besides having the head milled? And what kind of power will this make? Thanks

why are you wanting to run blaster pistons? depending on your cylinders. blasters pistons are not possible. Also.. you'll need more then just milling the head to work with a blaster piston.

I have heard a few people around talking about having blaster pistons in their banshees! I just got a motor that has blaster pistons and 4mil crank with broke rod but can't see where the pistons hit anywhere! It only had about 8 hours on the crank and pistons!

The intake windows in the piston skirt aren't what you get concerned about, its the piston crown edge that dictates the port timing of the ports in the cylinder. The blaster piston has a different dimension, between the piston crown edge to the wristpin bore, versus the stock banshee piston or 795 series piston. Understand?

I have a pair of 68mm cub pistons and a set of 66mm blaster pistons and the only difference in them is the port holes! They are almost identical besides the port holes!
