Wouldn't hurt to try if you have an old one and a soldering gun/iron... Quote

Dahl87banshee Posted June 27, 2012 Report Posted June 27, 2012 87-94 were round plug 95-96 were their own plug and 97-06 were the same. They push out the same power so you can splice wires and make it work but as for plugs those are the different years that they switched. Quote

There are 2 stator plugs-87-94 round plug and 95 on square plug. That is the ONLY difference between the two. Quote
