How badly can that affect the bike?? It's my girlfriends bike and she doesn't really want to buy new exhaust is it isn't to bad. But it is worse then it looks in the pics. Its about half way into the pipe

its decent, id get it fixed next time you have the pipe off. its in the ok spot, you could heat it up and work it through the flange.

Thanks. Got it like that. Just got it together and didn't see it till I put the pipes on. I got it as a pile of parts and never looked at the pipes, but like you said its in a decent spot that I can prob work it out.

The looks of it would bother me

More than anything- doubt you'll feel anything as far as seat of pants goes!

If its nothing bothering her just leave it alone! Prob more work than its worth trying to fix

you cud try filling the hole pipe with water caping it and freezing it neva tried it but heard it works

If anything I was gonna try a dent puller with the stud welder. Nasty racing called me and made a good point, he said to see If it's holding any heat back

That was my idea too make sure to heat the area after you weld the stud with a mapp gas torch till a light glow then pull on it lightly. Then quench it again( when your all done )

cap the ends put a valve stem in one cap, use 10 psi and heat the dent with a torch, will pop the dent rite out. there is a youtube vid oni it somewhere.
