need help with gear sizes

I have got a Athena big bore kit ported by roger @ Wicked with a 1-5 override tranny. Just put the motor together and ran it last night and i ran out of gear about 3/4 track (1/8 mile asphalt). Anybody know what would be a good sprocket size to run?

What are you running right now? Do you have over-drive primary's?

I think it's 17 on the front but i know its 42 on the back. It's the same gears i have run ran with this tranny for a yr and half with stock cylinders ported by a local guy and was running 7.0 no problems with 20 x 10 x 10 tires
