think its my jetting

hey guys i just finished rebuilding my bike and when its idling for a minute and then i go to push the throtle it stalls ? but when i flick the throttle a few time real quick it will pick up again?

mods are fmf sst, single 39mm carb, rad valves, cool head with 20cc domes, mild port , vito pistions 60 tho, ajustable timing plate on +3, and im at see level, 225 main jet needle on top clip and not sure about pilot jet . any help would be great , top end power is awesome just bottom and mid is crap

just added a bigger main jet and moved the needle
