buy new or used pipes?

been looking on ebay and they sometimes used toomey t5 around $325 but they just look ugly a little but im thinking they'll function fine. But what do you guys think?

Don't do it. Used pipes are great investment for someone looking to go fast and doesn't mind imperfections... but throw up a wanted ad on BHQ and someone will offer a better deal than $325.

Throw an ad up in the 'wanted' section and cruise the 'for sale' section often, you'll find a better deal on here than ebay if you're looking for a used set. If you do find a set on ebay and Minkia38 is selling 'em.. stay away!

Much cheaper to go used. Just watch for a set... I got t5's off Craigslist for $180 the other day you just gotta keep your eye out

I just sold a nice set of T-5's. I had them ceramic coated and tey looked amazing. The silencers were all polished too!

 

If you can fun a cheap set, aluminum polishes easily! Take them to a powder coater and pick a color. Make sure to get the high temp color, reds,blues,yellows I think are around 1200* but the other colors are 1700*. It cost me about 147 with my discount.
