boost_it638 Posted April 23, 2012 Report Posted April 23, 2012 im about to buy some new rear tires and i can get them in 22x11x9, 21x11x9, or 20x11x9. i ride mostly trails and was gonna go with the 22's or 21's to get some more ride hight. i have 20x11x9's on the bike now. anyone using taller tires? whats the pro's and con's besides getting the bike to sit a little higher? erickson483 Posted April 23, 2012 Report Posted April 23, 2012 Tire size effects your bottom and top end. Tall tires = higher top end and less bottom end. Shorter tires = Less top end and more bottom end. Changing your tire height is like changing your sprockets. Quote
