uni pod jetting

Hi guys, Im placing my order for parts tonight, and im buying some uni pods with outerwear's, how many jets sizes will I approximately have to go up, i have 320 in it now with a stock air box, k&n filter, stock carb's and the lid is on. Should I buy some 330, 340, 350 and 360? Or will the pods not make much of a difference.
