007banshee Posted March 13, 2012 Report Posted March 13, 2012 Hey guys i bought some carbs.from a member on here (stock) and keep reading the.different bowls left one should have BB on it. Both mine are identical and have 1-1 stamped on the inside(only stamping or number's i can find) is this an issue? Motor is almost finished so i haven't even used these carbs yet. Second question is what should the pilot air screw be set at 2 turns? And that's the little guy with the spring on it and the screw i will be installing with the tors delete is strictly for idle.correct? I will be running 27.5 pilots and 280 mains for my elevation with fmf garth's and summer riding 60-100*. Thanks for the help guys. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted March 13, 2012 Report Posted March 13, 2012 One of the carb bowls should have a Brass Ball on it....small one....it's on a side of the bowl. That is the left carb bowl. And yes the screw that comes along with the TORS unit IS just a idle screw. Quote

And yes the screw that comes along with the TORS unit IS just a idle screw. That is the idle SPEED screw, there is also an idle mixture screw on the side of the carb!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
