I'm putting together a banshee and need some help finding a starting point for my jetting.

 

Bike:

.80 over

Toomey T5's

Boysen Power reeds (Stock reed cage)

Stock Carbs

K&N Filter with lid but with 6 1" Vents in box

 

Riding Conditions:

Trail Riding

940 ft elevation

60-95 degrees F riding climate

If your still needing this, you'll probably be about 290-300 on the mains..I would start at 330 and if it sputters at wot, then down to 320 and so on..Better to start rich and work down....needle in middle stock pilot I think is 27.5??

Thanks alot. I was thinking of starting at 320 so I guess I was in the right area. Would you recommend needles and float gaskets too or would just jets be fine? (assuming the needles are nice and clean)

stock pilot 25 ya id start around there and work down but only change one thing at a time so ya know what makes it better. not a good idea to change pilot main and needle posit at same time if ya know what i mean
