Just wondering if someone has the info available, has actually degreed these setups. Mostly just interested in ex timings, but if you also have transfers great.

1. Stock stroke, unported stock cyl.

2. +4mil stroke long rod, unported stock cyl., with base spacer plate.

3. +4mil stroke long rod, unported stock cyl., With cut domes or head spacer.

Thank You.

you would need to know the original cylinders top down measurements then need to know gasket thickness and then plate and 2 gasket thickness on the plate set up. just going from other juggs for comparison isnt going to get you exact numbers. you need to know what your existing cylinders are.

most times the transfers with the plate end up in the 34 + ish range kinda high id think.

Well, been working on getting it back together. Been kind of slow because Larry (my son) wanted to learn how it goes together.

I had hoped I would have option of head or base spacer, but the "kit" I got only came with head spacer. Anyhow this is what I came up with. Not real exact as I came up with two different timings banghead

Stock, unported cyls, Wiesco base gasket. Wiesco +4 stroke, long rod crank.

Ex 186-188* open

Main transfer 128* open
