Anybody buy used exhaust?

My bike is stock...i'd like to get some toomeys and a jet kit and call it good...wondering if it is wise to buy used exhaust...there some on ebay from 240-400 and the jet kit is 60 bucks...new toomeys with the kit is 600 but if i can get some used ones for half and clean them up it seems like it would be worth it.

 

Just wondering y'alls opinion

Used is the only way to go in my opinion. The price of new exhaust is ridiculous and as long as you find a decent set that is not dented up for pitted from rust they usually clean up awesome with some elbow grease.

Those look like shit. I bought good chrome t-6's for 300. IMO thats too high.

I would never buy anything from that guy, even before I became a member to this site and read a couple of threads about his shady practices. The fact that someone could have that many transactions and have below a 99% feedback rating means he's doing something wrong, seriously..seriously wrong. Just hold out for a nice set, shit you could probably find a set from someone on here, probably for not much more than what he's asking for 'em... And they'll be nice shiny ones too!

What year banshee do you have? if you have a j arm banshee, i have a set of paul turner high revs and silencers i will sell you for cheap.

I also agree with the rest. Buy used from here. Great deals come along EVERYDAY!!!

You will find exacty what you want for a better price here. Most members are selling quality used parts priced right. Just post what you are looking for in the wanted sub forum.
