I have modded star & cut tranny but it still didnt help me shift from 1st to 2nd under high RPM's. Far as best tranny to get I would go with an over-ride tranny set-up to your liking. Im going to try new shift shaft & billet clutch basket, then I will let you know how it turns out. Good luck on getting that thing to shift I know the feeling. sleeper06 Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 When you star making power all the lil nonsense mods wont help at all, irun asphault mostly 1/4 tho.I would recommend a dunable 1-4 overide 5th 6th clutch for 1/4 .If your gonna run strictly 1/8 you can get away with a 1-5 overide hit me up if you have any questions Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
