Taking scratches out

Hey guys, I bought a banshee and the plastics are a little scuffed up. None of the scratches are all that deep mostly from woods riding so branches etc. I read somewhere on here that you can wet-sand the plastics. Is this true? Do i have any other options? Its not a big deal to me i thought it would be nice to clean it up a little. Thanks for any input.

Not unless its a super light scuff mark. It's right into the plastic, is not like sanding the clear and buffing it out

but if some one has done it, then input will be better. I'm just assuming from my experience.

search for "plastic renu" just the way I spelled it. Its a kit and works pretty good.

Hey rusty plastics look great! Did they looked scratched up since u used that pad or they look new? Thrying to do mine now. Thnx man.

What did you use to shine them back up after the sanding or did you just leave them like that?

Im pretty sure once you sand them you will lose the shine and cant get it back, but I could be wrong. jmo..

Again, get plastic renu, it's a kit and the final stage of the kit is putting the shine back on.
