ClayAiken Posted February 5, 2012 Report Posted February 5, 2012 Hey guys, I bought a banshee and the plastics are a little scuffed up. None of the scratches are all that deep mostly from woods riding so branches etc. I read somewhere on here that you can wet-sand the plastics. Is this true? Do i have any other options? Its not a big deal to me i thought it would be nice to clean it up a little. Thanks for any input. Quote
sheerider11 Posted February 10, 2012 Report Posted February 10, 2012 Not unless its a super light scuff mark. It's right into the plastic, is not like sanding the clear and buffing it out but if some one has done it, then input will be better. I'm just assuming from my experience. Quote
dcalsv02 Posted February 10, 2012 Report Posted February 10, 2012 search for "plastic renu" just the way I spelled it. Its a kit and works pretty good. Quote

What did you use to shine them back up after the sanding or did you just leave them like that? Quote
jlevasseur Posted February 16, 2012 Report Posted February 16, 2012 Im pretty sure once you sand them you will lose the shine and cant get it back, but I could be wrong. jmo.. Quote
