Flo Jo Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Hey guys i have trail tech lights the connections to the lights came off inside. My question is i tried to just hook them up directly to the posts the leads to the lights it works but gets real hot and nearly melts the wires. do i need a resistor or something in line with the power lead from the stator? and what size? any help would be appreciated.
