rubber plug on cylinder beneath gasket.

Hi guys doing my first top end on the shee, and when pulling the old gaskets off the cylinder i noticed theres a rubber plug in a passage right under the intake port. the new gaskets dont come with this so im not sure what to do, just reuse the old one and use the new gasket over it. Or get rid of it all together, because it was part of the old gasket.

I usually reuse the rubber plug unless it has damage or looks worn out. But if its good you can re use it with no worries.
