Jetting Help?

Alright guys Im new here hope not to get flamed and i know these questions are asked all the time, Any way i have an 05 shee ive owned since new. long story short i fried the top end rebuilt it and spent some money and the jetting is way off i dont even know were to begin so any help would be great

Current mods

Stock Bore

Cool Head with 21cc domes

28mm PWK

Uni-pod filters

FMF SST w/ Power core 2

 

My current elevation is 50-100ft above sea level But i do occasionally ride at 900 ft above sea level which i know requires whole diffrent jets

Start with 162 main and 48 pilot. That should be very close. Needle clip in the middle. Air screws 2 turns out.
