DBR06Banshee10 Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 Bike Runs Fine Then The Gear Oil Starts Comin Outta The Over FLow Line And Its Thick And White I Just Brought This Bike Last Night And All I Know Is IT Has Drag Parts In THe Motor WIth Pro Circuit Race Pipes With A 18 Front Tooth Sproket. Any Suggestions On How To Fix Tha Problem???? Quote
fastbanshee8 Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 You're getting coolant in the gear case. There is a o-ring on the pipe that goes into the clutch cover, that could be bad. Bad water pump seal is another possibility. Quote

Quote
BigRed350x Posted September 5, 2011 Report Posted September 5, 2011 Sounds like time to pull the clutch cover... I have a bottom end walk-through pinned at the top of the repairs and mods section. Take a look at it and you will see how simple the bottom end and clutch side are to work on... - Jared Quote
