Tommilicious
Just picked up a completely stock 2001 Banshee. It has approximately 15-20 hours on it, female driven. The lady I bought it from had purchased new to follow her kids around when they rode dirtbikes. This thing is mint, nubs/paint lines on tires, no rust on frame. Starts up 1 kick and runs like a champ. I bought it to go riding this weekend since I just sold my can-am renegade 800x. Thinking I might keep it for a while or sell. We will see how it goes Just wanted to say hello. Good site you got here, lots of info. -Tommy Paid 2,000 cash. Here it is after I cleaned it. Loving the white/black plastics. Easy to clean. Tommilicious
Thanks guys. I love the snap it has. Every machine I own I modify but I think i'll keep this one stock. The original owner said they only ran Race gas (100 octane) through it with a 32:1 mix. Yamaha Lube 2 R oil. Will running 91/93 octane disrupt something if I switch? I have no idea where I can even buy high octane gas at?
