i kno this is old hat,,, wondering the best way to cut my banshee plastics,, i have one bike cut and one sleeper,, i love the sleeper look, but i want to make both bikes look identical,, .....SHAKA

Didn't you cut the other ones? Anyways i traced with a washable marker then i cut it withal jigsaw...

other ones were cut when i got her,, thanks for the tip..... do you sand the edges??

i taped off the lines i wanted to cut and then just used a box knife/razor blade. it is a little slower than power tools, but it wasnt messy and i could cut it exactly where i wanted. only takes a few passes, doesnt take that long.

i marked it with tape and used a dremmel multi tool, the first time i used a hack saw blade. then i sanded down the edges, then took a propane torch and went over the sanded edge to make it look factory.

i like the torch idea for the final touch

heres some pics of the fronts on my banshee and raptor that i sanded and torched. plastics are a little dirty at the moment and the pics are with my phone.
