DirtDiggler69 Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 I have a PJ 38mm I got for my Banshee 2-1 . I was told by more than a few that the 38 may be kinda big and that intake velocity will suffer . I may be able to trade it for a PWK 33 . I typically see the PWK 35 on the 2-1 set ups . what would the 33 lack? any input ? Quote
sheerider1026 Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 i ran a 33 for a long time on mine.. i loved it.. i just swapped to a 36mm and its ok also.. i liked the 33 better.. Quote
BansheeBoy347 Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 I run a 40mm Lectron with a motofast 2-1 intake and they work awesome. Quote
Burt Reynolds Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 The 40mm lectron works because it can mimick a smaller carb i was told. 33-35mm carb is ideal on a bike that isnt modded to hell and back. I had a 33 on mine and that seemed to be the sweet spot Quote
bigjohnsonjeeps Posted August 8, 2011 Report Posted August 8, 2011 I have the Keihin 35mm on mine with the 2 into 1 Trinity. I'm having a hell of a time trying to get it jetted ( pilot and needle ). I think the carb is to big wont idle very well and the idle screw is all the way up. The 33mm would be better for a less modded bike. Quote
