360CICJ Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Just got a pretty large package in the mail yesterday from the guys at F.A.S.T. Racing! Gonna start putting everything back together next week while im off. My shee blew up in december, tore up the piston, destroyed the head, and threw a rod bearing. Just got in a 4mil crank, had FAST bore and port my cylinders. Also got some VF3's, timing plate, cool head with some 22cc domes, new pistons, and complete gasket and seal kits. Already picked up some 34mm PJ's and some Shearer OOF pipes. Still need intakes and filters but, that should be it for the motor. Going to be one hell of a difference going from stock to this setup! Going to start off by cleaning everything up, doing some painting and polishing. Get the chassis back together, build the motor, then it will be time to go terrorize some four strokes! Quote

Sounds like a sweet build! I think your going to just about double your horsepower? Should be fun, don't forget to post pics. Quote

360CICJ Posted July 6, 2011 Author Report Posted July 6, 2011 Well i'm going to run some trails around the house that are old fire trails and logging roads, and i'll also be doing some drag racing! I started the build yesterday, cleaned everything up real good, put my cases, jugs and old head together and then i painted the cases and jugs a dark blue metallic color. I also painted my frame a metallic silver color (almost factory). Today I'm going to finish assembly of the motor, finish painting the frame, then hopefully put the motor in the bike! I absolutely can not wait to rip this thing down the road! Dont worry i've been taking plenty of pics to show all of yall. Quote

I was very pleased with the power i gained! Thanks to all the guys at FAST racing and thanks to vegas jeff for my unique seat cover!
