1. Depends if you wanna stay on pump gas I would say 21cc Domes, if you plan on running race gas then go with lower cc domes

2. Wiseco Piston Kit

3. 2-1 Kit with 35mm Keihin PWK Carb (you will need to reject based on you area and temp)

4. Use metal paint they sale at pepboys or auto parts store.

X2 ^^^^

But as to #1 at 2000ft you could go down to 20cc domes & still be on pump gas. Any lower then you will need to mix Pump & race or run straight race fuel.

I would say 19 to 20 on the domes. I am at 1600' and had no problem runnning 19cc domes, just use quality fuel. Save your self and dont buy a 2into1 setup. Get a nice set off 28mm PWK. They are very easy to jet and just a ilittle bigger. Stick with wiseco pistons. I would use a good high quality paint. The key to a good paint job is good prep work. Use a paint thinner or brakecleaner to clean the area of dirt and grease. The spray it with a nice primer and do alot of light coats of paint. Then spray it with a clear coat to help protect.
