part-time Posted June 8, 2011 Author Report Posted June 8, 2011 Get 68mm domes cut for your application. ok..who would you recommend...or can a stock head be modded for the application.....sorry for all the ?s its my first cub build... Quote
Jereme6655 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 gotta-go has got it right....you need to get your domes rechambered/cut to the 421. i believe that both F.A.S.T. and HJR can do it for you. Quote
okbeast Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 Stock head can be modified. But a coolhead setup will allow you to change domes easily. I'd recommend NOSS, or any of hte site sponsor builders if you want to talk to a builder about specific dome configurations. Quote
part-time Posted June 8, 2011 Author Report Posted June 8, 2011 Ok thanks guys really appreciate the info... Quote
sleeper06 Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 You need domes for blaster pistons,Im almost 100% positve you cant rechamber a banshee dome for a blaster piston due to the angle of the piston crown,FAST can hook you up for sure but that PT head might limit you on places to buy from Quote

gotta_goatsfast Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 I used blaster pistons with the long-rod serval I built (same block, different port timings). 573M06800 I believe is the part number. Its a wiseco pro-lite 573 series forged piston made for a blaster with 68mm bore. Quote
