I just put on some 34 PJs and have everything dialed in plugs look perfect just have slight bog between 0-1/4 throttle I cannot get rid of I have been tinkering with the air/fuel screw and just can't seem to get rid of it. My settings ASL-600ft Dune port, V-Force 3s, 165 mains, 48 pilot, CEJ Needle middle clip, 1/2 turn out on A/F screw. Any ideas will greatly be appreciated.

Slight bog usually means its a little rich on the pilot, 0-1/4 throttle tells me that you need to raise the clip 1 notch on the slides (wich will lower the slides to lean it just a tad).

you will have to most likely re-adjust the the A/F screw.

If it makes it worse then the "bog" is actually a "hesitation" and you will have to lower the clip down 1 notch from the original middle notch (wich will raise the slides to richen it slightly)

Again adjusting of the A/F screw will be needed.

Any one else care to disagree or add something ?

Good luck :)

I'd say richen the pilot too. If you're only half a turn out and that's where it runs best. Messin with the clip on the needle shouldn't have anything to do with that. Wouldn't think you would have to readjust the a/f screw after changing needle position either. I've had the pj bog before and pretty sure it was lean on the pilot.
