my shee has problems

Need some help I got a few issuse an have been reading but can't seem to figure it out I bought an oversized rad an since I put it on I've been having problems it first wanted to spit out the over flow bottle so I removed it but I'm unsure really wat the proper way would be do I leave a short line off the top of the rad or do I block it off an another problem is when I'm putting around in first an second an lay on the throttle it seems like the choke is on an won't rev out until I pull the clutch in an crank it up wat you guys think

As to the rad, run the hose from by the cap down by steer brg, etc. As to bog, we'll need info on set up, all jets etc, or you could try turning air screw a little one way or other. Post back
