Yea I got a billet impeller an a oversized rad. It also has a new head gasket I jus got it together before I went on the trip. I had it runnin good in ohio but when I got to kentucky it wasn't so good.

Total weekend was ruined I live in ohio but ride in kentucky elevation 840ft I didn't think about it so my jetting was terrible need help not sure really how to set it up so it will run better I was overheating an bogging a lot in 1st an 2nd my set up is a 404big bore with hemi head2 21cc domes vforce3 reeds trinity 2into1 kienhin 35mm carb fmf pipes amr stage3 cdi with a lil bigger stator k&n air filter no box my jetting is 2 up on the needle 58pilot an a 190main running castor927 40-1 107 octane half an 93 for the other half air screw two turns out please need some help don't wanna have to ride another slow ass farm quad thanks

Keihin 35mm carb air screw in means richer an out means leaner

Ok ill try that I jus rebuilt it so I'm still a lil use to my old set up. Thanks for the help

Ok I've got a vitos 404big bore kit with 21cc domes hemi head2 trinity 2into1 k&n filter no box v force2 reeds fmf powercore pipes 35mm kiehin carb the needle is two up with a 58pilot an a 190main air screw two turns out it wants to sputter on the low end especialy tryin to climb a hill i bog down I ride in ky berea I checked the plugs an there black but not wet to rich or??? Please need some help Thanks scott

I was wondering when you remove the overflow tank do you cap it off at the radiator or do you jus leave a line on it an open ?

My shee has been doing the same thing I was going to remove the overflow tank but I'm not sure do you cap it off at the rad or jus leave an open hose

Need some help I got a few issuse an have been reading but can't seem to figure it out I bought an oversized rad an since I put it on I've been having problems it first wanted to spit out the over flow bottle so I removed it but I'm unsure really wat the proper way would be do I leave a short line off the top of the rad or do I block it off an another problem is when I'm putting around in first an second an lay on the throttle it seems like the choke is on an won't rev out until I pull the clutch in an crank it up wat you guys think
