VictorK Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 When my bikes in neutral it idles great and throttle response is right there. The issue, when I pull the clutch in to slow down or go down a steep hill it bogs and throttle response isn't there, I have to keep revving it so it won't bog below idle. It's jetted on the rich side a tad if that helps but in neutral it's mint. Could it be clutch drag? Quote
VictorK Posted May 10, 2011 Author Report Posted May 10, 2011 Do you mean the slides might be sitting down too much? They're mikuni 28mm flatslides. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted May 10, 2011 Report Posted May 10, 2011 Try it both ways, adjust both slides equal , or air screw. Only do one thing at a time so you don't mess yourself up. Record how much you change slide stops. If it doesn't do what you want, set back to where you started, and adust air screw 1/8 - 1/4 turn. If that doesn't work, go back to original setting then 1/8- 1/4 other way. Quote
