Hey so ever since i got my banshee i've had problems with gas coming out the overflow, so i took the carb apart and cleaned it and it stopped. But after riding for awhile i noticed that when i would turn the gas on before even starting it, it would start to slowly leak again. So, i took it back apart cleaned it and it stopped but then later the same thing started happening again. So i thought there might be something in the gas tank so i took that off, pressure washed in the inside and put in fresh gas and thoroughly cleaned both carbs and it stopped completely. Now however its starting to leak again and it seems the more i ride it the worse the leak becomes. Its still only the left carb though. I haven't checked float height yet but thats the next thing i might try. Any ideas?

If float level doesn't do it try new float needle valve and seat. In fact look at them real close when you check the float level.

Also check the O ring on the outside of the seat as they get wore down or compressed and then they don't seal the seat to the carb body. Then the fuel runs into the float bowl uncontrolled and out the overflow tubes.
