rappy660
i am have a problem with my new carbs. 28mm pwks. when climbing long loose steep coal banks, it seems to be straving itself for gas i think on a long hill, "I think thats what it is" On a hill that i clear the top with no problems the plugs seem good, a little lite, but passable. Any ideas what would cause it to cut out??? Floats maybe?? Thanks
BluBanshee98
Try stepping up your main...sounds a bit lean on the main and if your plug is light that would also indicate the same.
sleeper06
i would check the floats easy fix 19mm off the carb body
sleeper06
i would check the floats easy fix 19mm off the carb body, pwks check diffrent then stockers you need to tilit on side and measure float just as it touches down on pin

Sound logical????
700vflash
I had to adjust the floats on my 28's when I got them. If it is running lean enough to cut out, than it is running lean enough to cause major damage quickly.
