These shocks have compression, rebound, and preload adjustments.These shocks are fresh with no issue at all, I only have one ride on them. I originally purchase these shocks from NYUK and he only used them like 1or 2x. We all know about Elka's and that they are good shocks, i will give you some fresh shocks covers as well.
