rajaa11
Hello all, I was wondering can I run the banshee with maybe 3 or 4 clutch springs? Reason I ask is because my clutch is really hard to pull in, I have check and did everything I could think of. I oil the cable, install stock spring, and torque them to spec, I even tried under torque to see maybe the springs were to tight. I have a stock clutch lever, so I been looking at the EZ pull clutch levers to see if this may help. Thanks

bigblockbanshee
Negative, 6 springs always but you can 3 and 3, or 3 stock and 3 aftermarket. You could possibly run 2-2-2 which is 3 springs of different pressures alternated but I've never heard of it and I don't know how it would affect the assembly and/or the balance of it. Personally I'd stick with 3 and 3 unless you have some huge power. Are you sure your clutch itself is ok and not fried? Try lubing the cable as well, not with "oil". Larry's Shee
Check that the bearing where the arm goes into case isn't jacked. Try cleaning then lubericating cable. If that fails get a new cable.
