matt1
I went riding in a fairly wet area the other weekend and sometimes when I splashed through a water crossing my throttle would stick. I could quickly blip the throttle and it would idle back down. I have done a leakdown test and found no leaks. I never went through any water deeper than my footpegs. I have a stock carbs no torrs, airbox with no lid and a pro design air filter with adapter. What is causing this and what should I do? I am currently looking for a stock airbox lid, do you think that this would help?
Jereme6655
just the nature of the beast when it comes to the stock mikuni carbs that come on the banshee.....they are known for sticking when you ride them through water...
