midlifecrisis Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 Im running a pro flo adaptor with a pro design filter and its the bomb over the stocker. The vitos one from the pic looks like its a pressed steel adaptor? The pro flo is a cleaned up aluminum adaptor, and I believe its cheaper than the vitos. Theres also a hardened plastic one on ebay that is an exact repilca of the pro flo, but only good if youre in warmer temps, as Id be afraid of it shattering in the cold. http://cgi.ebay.ca/Pro-Design-Pro-Flow-Foam-Air-Filter-Yamaha-Banshee-350-/400181091802?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5d2ca6ddda http://cgi.ebay.ca/Yamaha-YFZ-350-Banshee-Intake-Air-Filter-Adapter-ATV-/290516535648?pt=AU_Motorcycle_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43a4228960 Quote

bigblockbanshee Posted January 12, 2011 Author Report Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) Well I just ordered 2 kits for Stacman450 and myself for $40/ea from Vito's. They had the adapter, filter, and dirtbag (their fancy name for an Outerwear) in the clearance section for $40 until on-hand stock runs out. I'll make sure and update this thread when they arrive so we can get an idea of the fit and function of them since they were so relatively cheap. Honestly I don't see how they can be any different than an actual Pro Flow, K&N, and Outerwear but I guess we'll see. If the quality of the Vito's stuff is the same or even near that of the brand name parts then you can't beat that price with a stick. Chris Edited January 12, 2011 by bigblockbanshee Quote
